Terms and Conditions – binggoph Platform Rules and Member Obligations

1Eligibility and Age Requirement

The binggoph platform is available exclusively to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times they access the platform. This age restriction is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. binggoph does not knowingly permit any person under 18 to register or maintain an account, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed, with all balances — including any winnings — forfeited.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party, that you are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services, and that participating in online gaming is legal under the laws applicable to your specific location at the time you access the platform.

binggoph reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held. The responsibility for confirming that your use of binggoph complies with your local laws lies with you.

2Account Registration and Verification

When you register a binggoph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid contact email address, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must not use fictitious names, pseudonyms, or the personal details of any other person.

binggoph may at any time require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Voter's ID, or similar), a recent proof of address, and documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method linked to your account. Requests for these documents are a standard part of platform compliance and are not indicators of wrongdoing.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password, or any account access information with any other person. binggoph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify binggoph immediately at the contact details provided on this site.

Account details — including your registered name, date of birth, and identity documents — may not be changed after the initial verification is completed except by formal written request to binggoph support. Name changes are only permitted where supported by valid legal documentation such as a marriage certificate or deed of change of name, and are subject to binggoph's approval at its sole discretion.

3One Account Per Member

Each person may hold only one binggoph account. This policy applies to individuals — not households — but binggoph also monitors for multiple accounts registered from the same device, IP address, or payment channel, and will investigate any pattern that suggests a single person is operating more than one account.

Operating multiple accounts in order to claim welcome bonuses, promotions, or any other offer more than once is a material breach of these Terms. If a duplicate account is identified, binggoph will close all accounts associated with that member, void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may permanently ban the member from the platform. The legitimate original account balance (real money funds deposited, minus any associated bonus activity) may be returned at binggoph's discretion after investigation.

If you have previously held a binggoph account that was closed — whether by you or by binggoph — you must not open a new account without prior written permission from binggoph support. Attempting to re-register after a self-exclusion period is also a breach of these terms.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on binggoph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You may fund your account and receive payouts only through payment channels registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments — deposits made from a payment channel belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being suspended pending investigation.

Available deposit methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. Availability of specific channels may vary and is displayed at the point of transaction. binggoph does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment channel at any given time.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the transaction process. binggoph does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may impose their own fees — these are outside binggoph's control.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment channels that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Processing times vary by channel — they are displayed in the withdrawal section of your binggoph account. binggoph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested by members with an active promotional bonus may result in that bonus being forfeited — refer to Section 6 for details.

5Gaming Rules and Fair Use

Each game type available on binggoph — including online casino games, sports betting, Sabong, Bingo, and Tongits — is governed by its own specific set of game rules. These rules are accessible within each game section or via the relevant section page on this website. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific game rule will take precedence for that game category.

Online casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, except where designated live dealer games use real-time streaming from licensed studios with human dealers. The outcome of all RNG games is determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by any player action other than the permitted game controls. The house edge in all casino games is built into the game mathematics and represents a statistical long-term advantage for binggoph — it does not affect any individual result but means the platform is statistically profitable over a large number of plays.

Sports bet settlements are based on official results from the relevant sport's governing body or recognised results provider. In cases of dispute, binggoph's determination of the official result will be final, subject to the complaints process in Section 13. Voided bets return the staked amount to the account. Postponed events may be voided or held over depending on the specific rules for that sport and market — these are displayed in the sports section.

binggoph monitors all gaming activity for patterns consistent with the use of automated betting software, exploits, technical vulnerabilities, or collusion. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be suspended, winnings derived from such activity will be void, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers available through binggoph — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards — are governed by these general terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. The specific terms of each promotion take precedence over these general terms where they address the same point. Members are responsible for reading the full terms of any promotion before claiming it.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, eligible game categories, contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry period are all stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

binggoph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is suspended after a member has made a qualifying deposit but before the bonus is credited, binggoph will either honour the promotion or return the qualifying deposit to the account at its discretion. Abuse of any promotional offer — including but not limited to systematic low-risk staking strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the binggoph platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated winnings voided, and deposited funds may be retained pending investigation depending on the nature of the breach.

• Registering an account using false or another person's personal information
• Operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially without authorisation
• Depositing funds from payment channels not registered in the account holder's own name
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion affects the outcome or fairness
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to manipulate any sports event on which you have placed a bet
• Sharing account access with any third party
• Registering after a self-exclusion has been applied without prior written permission
• Any other activity that binggoph reasonably determines to be dishonest, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other members

binggoph monitors for all of the above behaviours and cooperates with relevant authorities in the Philippines where illegal activity is suspected. The detection of prohibited activity may result in account termination without advance notice, reporting to financial intelligence or law enforcement agencies, and civil or criminal proceedings where appropriate.

8Account Suspension and Closure

binggoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a member's payment provider, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, and detection of prohibited behaviour as defined in Section 7.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms by the member, binggoph is not obligated to return any balance held — including real money deposits — until any investigation is complete and the member's compliance with their obligations under these Terms has been confirmed. If after investigation a member is found to have acted in breach of these Terms, binggoph may retain all funds in the account as partial recovery of losses, damages, or costs incurred by binggoph as a result of the breach.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a member breach — for example, if binggoph ceases to offer services to members in a particular location — any verified real money balance will be returned to the member via their verified payment channel within a reasonable processing period.

Members may close their own binggoph account at any time by contacting support. Any active promotional bonus on the account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited unless the wagering requirement has already been met. Real money balances at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the member's verified payment channel after any outstanding investigations or withdrawal restrictions are resolved.

9Limitation of Liability

binggoph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While it takes reasonable steps to maintain service availability, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected outages, third-party service interruptions, and connectivity issues outside binggoph's control may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, binggoph's liability to any member for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the PHP amount deposited by that member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. binggoph is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or any claim arising from a technical error where the correct result was not reflected in the account.

Gaming outcomes — wins and losses — are not recoverable under these limitation provisions. If you lose money on a bet or game that was correctly executed by binggoph's systems, that loss is your financial outcome and is not a liability of binggoph.

10Responsible Gaming Obligations

Both binggoph and its members share responsibility for ensuring that gaming activity remains within healthy limits. binggoph provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session duration alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — to support members in managing their own activity. These tools are available through your account settings and are described in full on the Responsible Gaming page.

By registering on binggoph, you agree to use the platform only with money that is genuinely within your entertainment budget — funds that are not required for essential living expenses, debts, rent, or savings obligations. You agree not to attempt to recover gambling losses through further gambling as a strategy, and to seek help if your gaming activity is causing you financial, emotional, or social harm.

A self-exclusion applied to your binggoph account is binding for its full stated duration. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account, registering under a different name, or using a third party's details are material breaches of these Terms and will result in permanent platform-level exclusion.

binggoph cooperates with responsible gaming organisations and may refer members to support resources where their account activity indicates signs of problem gambling. This referral is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and binggoph's compliance with responsible gaming obligations does not constitute provision of professional counselling, financial advice, or medical services.

11Privacy and Data

binggoph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between binggoph and its members. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, your rights in relation to your data, and how to exercise those rights.

In summary, binggoph collects personal data for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, platform operation, and responsible gaming monitoring. binggoph does not sell member personal data to unrelated third parties. Data shared with payment processors, compliance service providers, and regulatory bodies is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfil these specific purposes.

12Amendments to These Terms

binggoph may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an update is material — meaning it affects member rights, obligations, or available services in a significant way — binggoph will notify active members via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notification on the platform before the changes take effect.

Minor updates — including clarifications, formatting changes, and corrections that do not affect the substance of member rights or obligations — may be made without advance notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version was published.

Your continued use of the binggoph platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not accept an updated version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the updated terms take effect.

13Contact and Complaints

If you have a question about your binggoph account, a transaction, or any aspect of the platform, the first step is to contact binggoph support at support@binggoph.app. Include your registered account name, the nature of the issue, any relevant transaction references, and the date of the event in question. binggoph support aims to respond to all enquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

If you believe your complaint has not been handled satisfactorily by binggoph's support team, you may escalate through the formal complaints process. Submit a formal complaint in writing to support@binggoph.app with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a full description of your issue, the response you received from initial support, and the outcome you are seeking. binggoph will acknowledge formal complaints within five business days and provide a full written response within twenty business days of acknowledgement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of binggoph that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described above will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
