Privacy Policy – How binggoph Handles Your Personal Data
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information binggoph collects from members, why it is collected, how it is used and stored, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have over your own data. It applies to all members and visitors of binggoph in the Philippines.
Your data, your rights
By creating and using a binggoph account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. binggoph collects and processes personal data only for the purposes described here and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). If you have questions about how your data is handled, contact support@binggoph.app.
1Who We Are
binggoph is an online entertainment platform available at binggoph.app, serving members in the Philippines with casino games, sports betting, Sabong, Bingo, Tongits, and associated services. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, binggoph is the data controller — the entity that determines why and how your personal data is processed.
This Privacy Policy applies to all data processing activities carried out by binggoph in connection with account registration, platform usage, payment transactions, promotional activities, customer support, and compliance obligations. It applies to data collected from members, from individuals who contact binggoph without registering an account, and from visitors to the binggoph website.
The data controller can be contacted at support@binggoph.app. All data-related enquiries, access requests, and complaints should be directed to this address.
2What Data We Collect
The categories of personal data binggoph collects depend on how you interact with the platform. The table below summarises the main data types collected during normal account use.
| Category | Examples of data in this category | When collected |
|---|---|---|
| Identity data | Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, government ID type and number | Registration and verification |
| Contact data | Email address, Philippine mobile number | Registration |
| Financial data | Payment channel type, last four digits of card or e-wallet reference, transaction amounts, transaction timestamps | Deposit and withdrawal processing |
| Verification documents | Scanned or photographed government ID, proof of address, selfie for liveness checks | Identity verification process |
| Gaming activity data | Games played, bet amounts, session duration, win/loss record, bonus claims | During platform use |
| Technical data | IP address, device type, browser version, operating system, session data, login timestamps | Automatically on site access |
| Communications data | Content of support tickets, emails, and chat messages sent to binggoph | When you contact support |
| Responsible gaming data | Deposit limits set, self-exclusion periods, cooling-off requests | When tools are configured or triggered |
binggoph does not collect sensitive personal information — such as health data, religious beliefs, or political affiliation — unless such collection is specifically required by applicable law or directly relevant to a responsible gaming determination, and only with your knowledge.
3How We Collect Data
binggoph collects personal data through three main channels: directly from you, automatically through platform technology, and in some cases from third-party service providers involved in verification or payment processing.
Directly from you — when you register an account, complete identity verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact support, claim a promotion, configure responsible gaming settings, or otherwise interact with the platform in a way that requires you to submit information.
Automatically — when you visit or use the binggoph website, certain technical data is collected automatically. This includes your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, session duration, and interactions with the interface. This data is collected using cookies, server logs, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 9 for details on cookies.
From third parties — binggoph may receive data from payment processors to confirm transaction completion or flag disputes, from identity verification service providers to support the account verification process, and from fraud prevention and anti-money laundering screening services required under compliance obligations. Data received from third parties is handled under the same protections as data collected directly.
We do not buy data lists
binggoph does not purchase or acquire member data from marketing data brokers, social media platforms, or unrelated commercial databases. All personal data processed by binggoph comes from the sources described in this section.
4Why We Use Your Data
The personal data binggoph holds is used only for the following specific purposes. Each purpose is tied to a legal basis described in Section 5.
- Account creation and management — to set up, maintain, and secure your binggoph account, including verifying your identity and age before and after registration.
- Payment processing — to receive deposits from and send withdrawals to your verified own-name Philippine payment channel, and to maintain an accurate transaction record.
- Platform delivery — to provide access to casino games, sports betting, Sabong, Bingo, Tongits, and all other services available on binggoph.
- Regulatory compliance — to meet identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations under applicable Philippine regulations.
- Responsible gaming — to monitor gaming activity for patterns associated with problem gambling, enforce deposit limits and self-exclusion periods, and provide responsible gaming communications.
- Promotions and communications — to administer bonus offers, send transactional communications (account notifications, payment confirmations), and where you have opted in, send promotional updates about binggoph offers.
- Fraud prevention and security — to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, multiple account abuse, and other security threats to the platform.
- Customer support — to respond to enquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a record of support interactions.
- Platform improvement — to analyse aggregated usage patterns (in anonymised or pseudonymised form) to understand how members use the platform and identify areas for improvement.
binggoph does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces significant legal effects without human review. Where automated tools are used in fraud screening or responsible gaming monitoring, decisions resulting in account restriction are subject to review by binggoph staff before being finalised.
5Legal Basis for Processing
Under Philippine data protection law, binggoph must have a lawful basis for processing personal data. The lawful basis used for each processing activity is summarised here.
| Processing purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Account registration and management | Performance of contract (providing the service you signed up for) |
| Payment processing | Performance of contract |
| Identity and age verification | Legal obligation; performance of contract |
| AML and KYC compliance | Legal obligation |
| Responsible gaming monitoring | Legal obligation; legitimate interest |
| Fraud prevention and security | Legitimate interest |
| Promotional communications (opted-in) | Consent |
| Transactional communications | Performance of contract |
| Analytics and platform improvement | Legitimate interest (using anonymised data where possible) |
Where binggoph relies on consent as a lawful basis — specifically for promotional marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting support. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
7How Long We Keep Data
binggoph retains personal data for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to any longer retention period required by applicable law.
| Data type | Retention period | Reason for retention |
|---|---|---|
| Account and identity data | Duration of account + 5 years after closure | Regulatory and legal obligations |
| Transaction records | At least 5 years from transaction date | AML compliance and dispute resolution |
| Verification documents | Duration of account + 5 years after closure | Regulatory obligation and fraud prevention |
| Gaming activity data | Duration of account + 2 years after closure | Responsible gaming monitoring and disputes |
| Support communications | 3 years from last interaction | Complaint records and dispute history |
| Technical / log data | Up to 12 months | Security monitoring and fraud detection |
| Marketing preferences | Until consent is withdrawn | Communication preference management |
After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification. Where data has been anonymised, it may be retained for longer periods for statistical or analytical purposes without further restriction, as it no longer constitutes personal data under applicable law.
8How We Protect Your Data
binggoph implements reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis to address evolving security risks.
- Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS across the entire binggoph platform
- Access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Secure storage of identity documents and sensitive financial data with access logging
- Regular security assessments and monitoring of platform systems
- Contractual data security requirements imposed on all third-party service providers
- Multi-factor authentication available for member accounts (strongly recommended)
No security system is completely impenetrable, and binggoph cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed in an unauthorised manner under all circumstances. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, binggoph will notify affected members in accordance with its obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and will report the breach to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines as required.
9Cookies and Tracking
binggoph uses cookies and similar technologies to make the platform function correctly, to remember your session between pages, and to collect technical analytics data. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. The cookies used on binggoph fall into the following categories.
| Cookie type | Purpose | Can be disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for login sessions, security, and core platform functionality. The site cannot function correctly without them. | No — disabling these breaks core functionality |
| Functional | Remember your preferences such as language, session settings, and responsible gaming controls. | Yes — but some preferences will not be saved |
| Analytics | Collect aggregated, anonymised data about how the platform is used — page views, session lengths, feature usage — to support platform improvement. | Yes — via browser settings |
binggoph does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies that share your data with advertising networks. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your binggoph account.
10Your Data Rights
As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have a number of rights in relation to the personal data binggoph holds about you. These rights are summarised below. To exercise any of them, contact support@binggoph.app with your request and sufficient identification to verify your account ownership.
Right to access
You may request a copy of the personal data binggoph holds about you. binggoph will provide this in a structured, readable format within 30 days of a verified request.
Right to rectification
If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that it be corrected. Some data fields are subject to verification requirements before they can be changed.
Right to erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. This right is subject to legal retention obligations — binggoph cannot delete data it is legally required to retain.
Right to object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interest — for example, marketing analytics. Where an objection is upheld, binggoph will stop processing your data for that specific purpose.
Right to portability
For data processed on the basis of consent or contract, you may request a structured, machine-readable copy to transfer to another service provider.
Right to file a complaint
If you believe binggoph has handled your personal data in a manner inconsistent with this Policy or applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
binggoph will respond to verified data rights requests within 30 calendar days. Where a request is complex or there are a large number of requests, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, with written notice given before the original deadline expires.
11Data and Minors
The binggoph platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. binggoph does not knowingly collect or process personal data of any person under the age of 18. If binggoph becomes aware that personal data of a minor has been collected — for example, through a fraudulent age declaration at registration — the account will be immediately closed and the data deleted as soon as practicable, subject to any legally mandated retention obligations arising from the detection of the underage registration.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on binggoph, please contact support@binggoph.app immediately with details of the account so that it can be investigated and closed.
12Changes to This Policy
binggoph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the services offered, updates to applicable law, or improvements to data handling practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
Where a change to this Policy materially affects how your personal data is processed — particularly where it changes the purposes for which data is used or the categories of third parties it is shared with — binggoph will notify active members via their registered email address before the changes take effect. Continued use of the binggoph platform after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If a proposed change is not acceptable to you, you may close your account before the change takes effect. To do this, contact support at support@binggoph.app.
13Contact and Data Requests
All data-related enquiries, access requests, rectification requests, deletion requests, objection notices, and complaints should be directed to binggoph at support@binggoph.app. Please include your registered name, account email address, and a clear description of your request so that it can be handled efficiently.
binggoph acknowledges data rights requests within five business days and provides a full response within 30 calendar days as described in Section 10. If your request is urgent — for example, if you believe your account has been compromised — indicate this clearly in your initial message so that it can be prioritised.
If you are not satisfied with binggoph's response to a data rights request or complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Six things binggoph commits to on your data
The full policy above is the authoritative document — but here is a plain-language summary of the six commitments that matter most to most members.
We collect only what we need
binggoph only asks for data that is directly necessary for running your account, processing your payments, meeting legal requirements, or keeping the platform secure. No data is collected speculatively or for potential future use cases.
We do not sell your data
Your personal information is never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated commercial third parties. The only time it leaves binggoph is for the specific service-delivery and compliance purposes listed in Section 6.
We keep data for defined periods
Each category of data has a specific retention period tied to its purpose. Once that period expires and there is no legal reason to retain the data further, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
We use encryption and access controls
Data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption. Stored sensitive data is subject to access controls that restrict which staff can view it. Third-party service providers are contractually bound to matching security standards.
You can exercise your data rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection rights are all available to binggoph members under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Requests are handled within 30 days and can be submitted to support@binggoph.app.
We notify you of material changes
If this Privacy Policy changes in a way that materially affects how your data is used, binggoph will email you before the change takes effect. You will not be silently bound by new data practices.
binggoph and the Data Privacy Act of 2012

As a data subject under the Act, your rights are protected regardless of the platform you use. If you believe your rights have been violated by how binggoph handles your data and you have not received a satisfactory response through the complaints process, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
- Transparency — binggoph explains what it collects and why
- Legitimate purpose — data is only used for declared purposes
- Proportionality — only necessary data is collected
- Data subject rights enforced on request
- Breach notification to NPC and affected members as required
